THE BENITEZ MANAGEMENT TEAM HAS OVER 20 YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE IN SAFETY, SECURITY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP CLIENTS WITH ALL THEIR NEEDS.
Jesus has worked in retail, automotive, and door to door sales for several years and gained valuable experience in customer service. This became an asset when helping clients with security issues and created good customer service oriented culture among his security team. This experience continues to be used by his Security officers when responding to emergencies and provides clients with clear communications during stressful situations to give them a better peace of mind.
Throughout his career Jesus worked with other Security companies and made valuable friendships, gained knowledge, and industry experience that became an important role in conducting site assessment, risk recognition & mitigation, and creating Security officer training and development programs.
Jesus attended both the Peace Officers Standards and Training: Law Enforcement Intensive Basic Academy in 2015 and completed the LE Re-qualification course in 2018.
Benitez continued his education and gained experience as a volunteer Firefighter in Monterey County from 2013 to 2017. During this time frame Benitez gained better understanding in communication, teamwork, scene safety, traffic control, personal protective equipment and Hazmat recognition.
Jesus has attended training courses throughout the United States and has gained certifications, permits, and College degrees that further his knowledge in the Security Industry.
Benitez being a strong believer in life long learning continues his studies and attends courses regularly in the areas of health, safety, security, and training development.
